ZK99 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Sports Betting and Casino Platform

Welcome to ZK99. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User" or "You") and ZK99 ("Company", "We" or "Platform"). It governs your use of the zk99.click website and all services provided by ZK99, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, roulette, e-sports, and all related products.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ZK99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

In this document, the following terms shall have the meanings as stated:

• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access ZK99 services.
• "Balance" refers to the total cash balance in your ZK99 account available for betting or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, rebates, or any additional benefits granted by ZK99.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed using real money on the ZK99 platform.

ZK99 services may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must choose to register and place bets voluntarily, of your own accord.
• You are not currently listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling restriction programme.

ZK99 takes the protection of minors seriously. Should we find that a person under the age of 18 has successfully registered, the account will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending further investigation.

To use ZK99's services, you are required to register an account via the official registration form at zk99.click. By registering, you agree to:

ZK99 enforces a policy of one account per individual strictly. This means you are not permitted to register more than one account using the same or different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment details.

ZK99 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Supported Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per transaction.

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the same name matching the name of the ZK99 account holder. ZK99 does not accept third-party payments and reserves the right to decline any transaction deemed suspicious.

All deposits made are final and non-reversible once credited to your ZK99 account. ZK99 is not responsible for any processing fees charged by your e-wallet provider or bank.

ZK99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions as stated in their respective promotion terms. In general, the following conditions apply to all ZK99 bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• ZK99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if promotional abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• ZK99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the ZK99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. The following conditions apply:

• ZK99 offers Sports Betting covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and other sporting events.
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final applicable odds.
• ZK99 reserves the right to void or reverse bets under certain circumstances, including technical disruptions, material errors in odds, or cancelled matches.
• Bets placed over an unstable internet connection or during service disruptions are entirely at the member's own risk.
• In live casino games, ZK99 uses licensed software providers that have been independently audited to ensure fair play.

For cancelled or postponed matches, ZK99 will follow the official rules set out in the sports betting policy. For example, a football match that fails to kick off or is cancelled before the 70th minute (for match result markets) will generally result in the bet being voided and stakes returned to the member.

ZK99 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities during registration.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the ZK99 platform in any way.
• Using the ZK99 platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using arbitrage betting techniques or deliberately exploiting material errors in odds (palpable errors).
• Spreading false or misleading information about ZK99 to the public.

ZK99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, including under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Fraud, dishonest conduct, or platform abuse.
• Opening multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering or terrorism financing activity.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the ZK99 customer support team. Members who wish to close their account for responsible gambling reasons may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ZK99 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting activity on the ZK99 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
• Betting outcomes affected by technical errors that are promptly corrected by ZK99 within a reasonable timeframe.

ZK99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or regulatory needs. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the ZK99 platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notifications or their registered email. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the ZK99 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ZK99 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration or the appropriate court jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

ZK99 operates in accordance with the terms of an international licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. It is each member's responsibility to ensure that participating in online betting activities is lawful under the laws of their country or territory of residence.
